Orders ship within 7 days - we're not rushing, you're not rushing, nobody's rushing. Once it leaves our hands, USPS does their thing and you'll have it in 2-5 days. Track it obsessively or forget about it completely, we support both approaches.

Look, we want you to love your gear. If something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, we'll make it right - that's on us.

Here's the deal:

• Got something damaged or defective? Full refund, once you send it back within 30 days 
  
• Item needs to be unused and in the condition you received it
